Simply Crafted Dinner Series
This signature dinner series will be hosted in the gorgeous room of Salacia Prime Seafood and Steaks located in the exquisite Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The Hilton Team will be partnering with winemakers, brewers, distillers, farmers, watermen, as well as local chefs to bring an experience that can only be described as “Simply Crafted”

Truffles and Hazelnuts
This unforgettable 5 course dinner is the perfect way to celebrate the month of love. Unlike any other Simply Crafted dinner, the Truffles and Hazelnuts will be held in our newly renovated oceanfront ballroom.
We are also excited to announce that Chef Carlo Zarri all the way from Cortemilia, Italy will be joining the Hilton culinary team in the kitchen and making some delightful dishes that include his take on Truffles and Hazelnuts.
Each culinary creation will be paired with Piemonte wines presented by Jim Hutton from Vias Imports Ltd.
Reception will begin at 6:30pm where guest will be served hors d'oeuvres such as Antipasto and Bruschetta.
Following the reception, dinner will be served at 7pm with courses such as:
- 1st: Hazelnut Dusted Diver Scallops (Hilton Team)
- 2nd: Traditional Piemontese Vitello Tonnato (Chef Zarri)
- 3rd: House Made Fettuccine with Tartufo Del La Langhe (Chef Zarri)
- 4th: Beef Tenderloin Rossini (Hilton Team)
- 5th: Old Style Grandmothers Pudding (Chef Zarri)
